Refund policy

Oh no! It didn't work out? Here's what to do now:

We are sorry that your purchase didn't work out for you like you hoped. We understand. We are happy to offer you a 14 day return policy on all regular priced items. ALL RETURNS WILL BE GIVEN STORE CREDIT ONLY. We sell out of items quickly; therefore we are not able to guarantee that exact same item will still be available once we received your returned item.

We will stand behind items that are covered under manufacturer warranty.

All SALE or DISCOUNTED items will be final sale and not eligible for return.

Items will only be eligible for return if they meet the following criteria:

  •         all items must be received within the 14 day return window
  •         all items must be unwashed and unworn 
  •         Returning Brighton Items? Unworn items may only be exchanged for Brighton and tags must be attached. Items must be current and not discontinued.
  •         Holiday Returns? Unworn items will be accepted for return through January 15th. 

If you are returning an online order out of the Temecula area, please place the return form inside of your box with all of the details we need in order to process your return. If you have any questions or need help, please email (Happiness@Citrusandmoss.com)

Store Credit and Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen.

    LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS:

    Why haven't I received a refund?

    •         If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    •         Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    •         Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    •         If you’ve done each step and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Happiness@Citrusandmoss.com and we will be happy to assist you.
